The International Child Abduction Team

Spotlighting our exceptional International Child Abduction Team; one of the largest non-London teams led by Director and Chartered Legal Executive, Pam Sanghera. The team comprises of Katie Knight, trainee solicitor and paralegals Amber Kalirai and Lainie O’Reilly.

The child abduction team deal with all international children related matters including Hague Convention Proceedings (both applicant and respondent), Wardship proceedings, Relocation and any court proceedings in the UK which involves cross border children disputes.

With twenty years experience in this field, Pam is a multi award winning lawyer, a specialist panel member of the International Child Abduction and Contact Unit (ICACU) and is a listed lawyer for ReUnite International (parental child abduction charity) and GlobalARRK (charity supporting parents who are stuck abroad).
