International Child Abduction Team Expands

We are delighted to announce the further expansion of our International Child Abduction team. Led by Director and Chartered Legal Executive, Pam Sanghera, the team comprises of Katie Knight and Amber Kalirai who will now be joined by paralegal Lainie O’Reilly.

Lainie brings a wealth of experience to the team with key skills which are required in this fast paced department. The child abduction team deal with all international children related matters including Hague Convention Proceedings (both applicant and respondent), Wardship proceedings, Relocation and any court proceedings in the UK which involves cross border children disputes. Lainie will support case progression and assist at Court hearings which are heard in the High Court, mainly at the Royal Courts of Justice.
