International Women’s Day 2024

In honour and celebration of International Women’s Day 2024, we spotlight our dynamic and driven Children and Family Team.

Empowering women in our workplace is not only an important element to being diverse, equitable and inclusive but having the practical structure in place and a platform to allow us to support and champion each other is just as, if not, more important. This photo was taken during a weekly Teams meeting which our Children and Family team have every week without fail.

This provides an opportunity for the team to ‘see’ each other despite working in different offices and to share information with an overall focus being on wellbeing. Actively fostering a supportive culture which is inclusive, it is an opportunity for the team to talk about points of interest; specific points of law and procedure that have arisen in a particular case as well as an opportunity for a general catch up.

We join in celebrating the achievements of women across the world and spotlight our Children and Family team for not only being there for our clients but also for each other.
