Alexandra is a Solicitor in the Children & Family Department based in the Redditch and Coventry Office specialising in children law matters.

Experience

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2023, Alexandra has over ten years of legal knowledge and experience in relation to family and children matters. Her career journey has predominantly covered Coventry and Warwickshire however now covers Worcester and Birmingham.

Covering a wide range of family law matters, Alexandra regularly advises and represents clients who are facing child protection intervention in pre proceedings meetings, care proceedings, child arrangements proceedings and special guardianship proceedings.

Alexandra is experienced in dealing with complex cases which involve domestic abuse, substance and alcohol misuse as well as non accidental injuries and neglect. Her invaluable skills have resulted in her often working with those with cognitive impairments and learning difficulties.

Alexandra recognises that family and children proceedings are often stressful and fraught with emotion; she therefore prides herself on being approachable, supportive and pragmatic when giving advice to her clients and preparing her cases. Offering a unique perspective to family law, having personally experienced children’s services involvement and family court proceedings during her own childhood, Alexandra has a deep understanding and an empathetic approach towards her clients and the circumstances they find themselves in.

Hobbies & Interests

Aside from regularly keeping fit, Alexandra a big animal lover and regularly enjoys spending time outdoors as well as enjoying a good movie, all of which involve lots of snacks!
