We are committed to providing a high level of service to our clients however we believe the rights of our staff to work in a safe and non-threatening environment are important.

Whilst will do our best to assist you, you will appreciate we cannot tolerate abusive or aggressive behaviour towards our staff in any form.

Our company will not tolerate certain behaviours including:

• Verbal abuse, threats, swearing, personal abuse directed at staff or offensive remarks.
• Acts of written or verbal abuse of a discriminatory, intimidatory or threatening nature.
• Discrimination of any kind (e.g. Racism, sexism).
• Unsubstantiated vexatious or defamatory allegations.
• Repeated complaints or demands that are unreasonable or distressing.
