We are recruiting for the post of secretary to the Family Department based at our Northfield office. Key skills required include the ability to work as a member of a team, with an attention to detail and to be able to meet strict deadlines. This post requires proven experience of secretarial skills such as copy typing/audio typing and data entry as well as a focus on excellent client care. This post will involve preparation of Court bundles and data inputting and Reception duties to include liaison with clients both via telephone and face to face.

This post is a permanent full time, subject to a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months. Contract based on 35 hours a week – 8.50 am to 5 pm with one hour lunch break.
