Family Law Awards 2023 Finalist for Law Firm of the Year (West Midlands & Wales)

We are absolutely delighted to announce that Charles Strachan Solicitors have been selected as a finalist in the award category of Law Firm of the Year 2023 for West Midlands & Wales by the Lexis Nexis Family Law Awards.

Predominantly a legal aid high street law firm, we are locally known for being a specialist law firm offering legal services to clients based locally, nationally and internationally. We pride ourselves on our driven team of specialist lawyers going above and beyond for clients and regardless of how their case is funded. We offer legal aid in relation to family and criminal matters, subject to eligibility, as well as highly competitive rates in relation to privately funded work. We are proud to offer probono advice and representation also.

Having worked hard on the strategic composition of the family and children team, we have brought together different strands to offer a full range of legal services to clients. We have invested in bringing diverse skillsets together and having lawyers from different backgrounds is equally important when delivering legal services to clients; lawyers have been recruited with experience working in local authority, internationally and representing children. Having lawyers who understand cultural backgrounds, social mobility issues and who have experience dealing with victims of abuse and trauma allows us to better represent and advocate on behalf of our clients.
