Charles Strachan Expand Family Department

We are delighted to announce that we have further expanded our Family Department. Katie Knight joins the busy department as a paralegal and is based in our Birmingham office.

Katie will support the department in particular Pam Sanghera in relation to private law children matters, predominantly child abduction matters, Hague Convention proceedings, Wardship proceedings and matters which involve jurisdiction disputes.

Director Pam Sanghera commented “We are thrilled to be expanding our family department and legal services in relation to private law children matters. The pandemic created many challenges to working practices and court processes but it also provided a platform for the Family Court to introduce new and improved procedures and ways of working therefore Katie joins the team during an exciting time.
