Priya Parmar

Priya is a Solicitor in our Family Department based at our Solihull office specialising in child protection matters involving social services.

Experience

Priya qualified as a Solicitor in 2020 having worked at a reputable high street law firm in Leicester. Having worked in the legal industry since 2016, Priya has developed a specialism in representing parents and family members with parental responsibility in care and supervision proceedings.

With a friendly and straightforward approach, Priya is involved with all aspects of case management and conducts her own advocacy at court hearings. Priya has excellent communication and listening skills and advises clients in relation to special guardianship orders, adoption orders and regularly attends PLO meetings where social services are involved with a family pre proceedings.

Priya has a strong professional network and works with a range of local authorities including Leicester, Coventry, Warwickshire, Northampton and Oxford.

Priya is an accredited Police Station Representative (2017 – 2021).

Hobbies & Interests

Priya enjoys travelling and spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys going on walks with her husband and supports the University of Leicester’s Law School as a professional mentor.
