Experience
Having qualified in 2006, Pam is experienced in respect of all aspects of family and matrimonial law, with a niche specialism in representing parents within international parental child abduction, representing, both applicants and respondents within Wardship proceedings and in relation to cases brought under the Hague Convention.
Fiercely motivated and highly sought after being one of very few lawyers specialising in child abduction outside of London. Pam’s caseload is exceptionally complex; representing many abandoned spouses, within cross border children law, often involving serious issues such as female genital mutilation, terrorism risks, religious radicalisation and child trafficking. In addition, Pam represents victims of forced marriages and honour based killings.
With a diligent and meticulous approach towards her work, Pam is extremely committed. Having made a number of television, radio and press appearances, Pam’s cases have received national and international media coverage. Passionate about raising awareness of child abduction being on the rise in the UK, Pam often collaborates with ReUnite International (the leading charity dealing with parental child abduction) and frequently writes articles in this regard.

Hobbies & Interests
Sun, sea, sand and spas aside, Pam loves to shop and frequently travels. Pam sits on a number of Boards and Committees including the Professional Board and Education Board of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (Cilex) and is a Member of the Cilex Audit and Risk Committee and the Apprenticeships and Safeguarding Committee. Pam also regularly volunteers as a Professional Mentor to assist students attending Aston University’s Law School.
