Prior to qualification, Chloe commenced her practical experience as a Court Clerk at Northampton County Court before she continued to work in private practice at a niche family law firm.
Chloe gained knowledge and practical experience by having her own caseload dealing with children related matters particularly child arrangements proceedings for disputes between parents and grandparents as well as care and supervision proceedings and matters involving social services.
In addition, Chloe also represents and advises clients who seek injunctive relief by way of non molestation injunctions and occupation orders.
Separate to her case work, Chloe assists individuals and organisations to provide free legal advice. She previously provided training to a number of domestic abuse organisations and currently runs free advice surgeries for prisoners to aid access to legal advice.
