Chloe is a Solicitor in our Family Department based at our Solihull office specialising in child protection matters involving social services.
Experience
Having undertook her legal studies at Aberystwyth University, Chloe went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent University and qualified as a solicitor in September 2023, just as she joined the practice.
Prior to qualification, Chloe commenced her practical experience as a Court Clerk at Northampton County Court before she continued to work in private practice at a niche family law firm.
Chloe gained knowledge and practical experience by having her own caseload dealing with children related matters particularly child arrangements proceedings for disputes between parents and grandparents as well as care and supervision proceedings and matters involving social services.
In addition, Chloe also represents and advises clients who seek injunctive relief by way of non molestation injunctions and occupation orders.
Separate to her case work, Chloe assists individuals and organisations to provide free legal advice. She previously provided training to a number of domestic abuse organisations and currently runs free advice surgeries for prisoners to aid access to legal advice.
Chloe is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for her clients and prides herself on providing sensitive and realistic advice; she considers all aspects of her clients’ lives and motivations to help her clients make informed decisions.
Hobbies & Interests
Chloe enjoys travelling inside and outside of the UK with her family and dog. She can often be found at the theatre as she very much enjoys watching musicals.
